Proclamation of our new Sovereign

On Sunday 11th September, beneath the Market House in Princes Risborough, Town Mayor and Chairman, Cllr Andy Ball, read the Proclamation of our new Sovereign, His Majesty King Charles III. Reverend David Williams from St Marys Parish Church opened the event with a short speech and prayer, followed by a speech from local MP Greg Smith who then welcomed the Town Mayor and Chairman to read the Proclamation. Town Mayor and Chairman, Cllr Andy Ball, stood beneath the historic Market House to read the Proclamation Accession speech to Princes Risborough.
  
The event was well attended with crowds gathered in Market Square, Princes Risborough for the historic event.
