Stall Holders Information

The organising committee (members of Princes Risborough Town Council and local residents) are passionate about our Town and making our Festival day great for our residents and visitors alike.

We are so lucky to have the support of local businesses and groups and hope to be blessed with some wonderful summer weather to make an afternoon to be remembered. Generally the footfall for this event is around 4-5000.  We are pleased to confirm that for the 5th year running, Michael Graham Estate Agents have agreed to be the main sponsor for both our Summer & Christmas events.

Getting there: The event is being held in the High Street/Market Square, Princes Risborough, Bucks (for SatNav HP27 0AS ).
Princes Risborough is between the Vale of Aylesbury and the Western Escarpment of the Chiltern Hills, on the route of the pre-Roman Upper Icknield Way and is dominated by a chalk hill carving, the Whiteleaf Cross, that is once again clearly seen for many miles on the approaches to the town, following a restoration project in 2003.
On arrival: You will be issued with a permit & pitch location details normally 2 weeks prior to the event. Stall holders will be issued with an admittance time and will not be allowed to set up if arrival is before the stated time.

Equipment: We do not provide tables, chairs, water, power or cover for this event.
Times: The Festival officially opens at 12.00pm and runs until 6.00pm when it will be possible to leave the site if desired.
Stall Type: Please can you be specific on your booking form as to what goods/service you are providing so we can arrange placement of the stalls.
