 Return this completed entry form to Princes Pets, 21 Duke St, Princes Risborough HP27 0AT on or before 16th April to receive your chocolate prize.*

Scan the QR Code inside each of the eggs using your mobile phone’s camera. Each QR code will lead you to the business’s page on the Risborough Basket
website where you will find a letter. Add the letters to the notes section and when you have found them all, arrange the letters to make an Easter phrase.
