39 High Street

Following the purchase of the old Nat West bank in Princes Risborough High Street, over the last 18 months the Town Council has been seeking the right tenant and business to bring something new to the town. The Council have had significant interest in the property and together with their agent, Duncan Bailey Kennedy, have been researching and examining the offers that have been made.
Some challenging planning issues and the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic have delayed the completion of this project, however, the Town Council has now selected a preferred bidder which it feels enhances the town, as well as offering the best financial return and long-term viability for tax-payers' money.
The Council is not able to reveal the chosen business at present, but will be working with the preferred tenant to agree final terms with a view to the business being up and running by Spring 2021. We are confident that the chosen local business will be a welcome addition to Princes Risborough High Street.
