Steven’s work is heavily influenced by his graffiti artist past (mid 1980’s) and so his love of vibrant colour has always been prominent in his artwork. This particular canvas is large, it measures 1.5m x 1m, in order to get the impact he felt that this size was important. It’s not based on any particular person but he just loves the way it has a “vintage” feel with a modern twist.
