Print title St Mary's 

Originally commissioned for a local family who were moving away from the area, Hazel used a series of photographs of St Mary’s to create her image of the church. She then used a 30w laser cutter to burn the design into card, allowing the light and colour to flood through from behind.

Visual Description – An image laser cut into coloured card with a different colour behind it. The image is of St. Mary's Church, the steeple is the the left of the image. Above the main body of the church is a quote which reads “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength They will soar on the wings like eagles. Isaiah 40:31”. By these words is a Red Kite. The card is dark blue and where the card has been cut it reveals orange coloured card.
