PRESS RELEASE

“Princes Risborough Town Council acquires prime High Street property”

A Commercial property in Princes Risborough has been acquired by Princes Risborough Town Council (PRTC) to help advance its plans to regenerate the High Street.

Located at No 39 High Street, the 1,369 sq ft property was the former site of NatWest Bank and has been vacant since the branch closed its doors in June 2018.

Cllr Matthew Walsh, Town Mayor and Chairman, added “The Town Council recognised the excellent opportunity in purchasing this site for the future vitality of our High street, but also to support wider economic growth for Princes Risborough.”  Cllr Walsh continued “More details on the Town Councils Regeneration plans will be announced in the new year”.
